| Zero Tolerance
The mission and vision of the Edwards Village Ink Lounge
is to constantly strive to make this world a better place. Part of that
vision is to do our part to stop people from making stupid decisions
through education and understanding. To help guide us along that path I
have chosen to post our promises here, where the public can witness
them.
Things that we hold zero tolerance for:
- We choose to never participate in the poor behaviour of the typical
tattooist including bad-mouthing others in our field. It is a behaviour
we are victim of but refuse to participate in, it cheapens all of us.
To those that may witness other tattoo professionals slandering our
company, thank you for your support by choosing us, eventually they
will get the idea.
- The Edwards Village Ink Lounge will summarily
discharge any artists or employees, if we ever hire any, found to be
under the influence of alcohol while on the job. Drunk clients will be
asked to leave politely, once, then the authorities will be called and
they will be escorted off the premises.
- The Edwards Village Ink Lounge will file charges
against any artist, employee or customer found to be using illegal
drugs while on the premises. Period.
- Any person found to be dealing drugs on the premises
will be turned into the Eagle County Sheriff immediatly.
- Any person disturbing an artist or client in the shop
will be asked to leave.
- We promise not to act like asshole-rockstar-tattoo
artists, though we cannot stop you from worshipping us but, we choose
to not rub it in. :)
- We will never use dirty/unsterilized equipment, old
needles, old ink, and will do everything we know to do to make you safe
during your tattoo or piercing. In this time of Swine Flu we encourage
you to visit our shop and ask to look around. Our sterilization area
and the entire shop are held to strict cleanliness procedures and we
will never waiver in our commitmient to cleanliness....ever.
- We will never have an artist or piercer in our shop
not thouroughly tested and proven. Anyone here is good enough to tattoo
or pierce any of us.
